For institutions and SME support programmes

    Assess readiness. Target programme support.

AFT Global assesses EU market readiness across SME cohorts and identifies recurring gaps so institutions can direct support where it is most needed.

Under the Institutional Licence, each participating company completes a Baseline Assessment and receives a Decision Pack. The institution receives a Programme Intelligence Report on recurring gaps and programme priorities.

    02Institutional entry point

    The Institutional Licence

Every programme starts with an Institutional Licence. The institution defines the cohort and programme context; each company completes a Baseline Assessment within an agreed assessment window.

One country, one sector or a mixed strategic cohort.

4–6 weeks for companies to complete the Baseline Assessment.
    Reporting
Programme Intelligence Report normally delivered 2–3 weeks after the assessment window closes.

    Delivery
    Fully online.

Scope, reporting format, confidentiality and pricing are agreed before launch.

    Build your programme

Additional components are selected when the programme is designed or after the results show where intervention is most useful.

    • Initial Reading The Institutional Licence establishes the starting point for each company and the cohort as a whole.
    • Executive Debrief A 90-minute senior discussion of the findings, programme priorities and next decisions.
    • Capability Building Sessions Online sessions focused on the gaps shown across the cohort, not generic training.
    • Strategic Advisory and Office Hours Targeted support for selected companies and, where useful, the programme team.
    • Programme Impact Assessment A second reading after an implementation period to show what has moved and what still requires attention.

Where useful, an integration roadmap aligns the cohort findings with the services the institution already provides.

    Tailored programme delivery

Where relevant, AFT Global supports the delivery of institution-led market-entry programmes in France.

This may include company preparation, buyer and partner targeting, B2B meeting coordination during trade missions, trade fairs or pavilion programmes, stakeholder mobilisation, on-site coordination and follow-up.

Delivery is designed around the institution's objectives, selected companies and existing partners. It follows the readiness of the companies involved.

    03Method and scope

    Methodological standing

The framework measures readiness for EU market entry. It does not predict commercial success, replace legal, tax, regulatory or commercial advice, rank companies publicly, or disclose protected calibration parameters.

The methodology is documented in a public working paper and a dedicated framework explainer.

It supports intake, cohort segmentation, support sequencing, sponsor reporting and cross-cohort comparison.
